Manage the politics more easily", when one of the directors or managers tell you "but THIS IS what our clients do" like it is a fact, without testing it. Luckily for me our IT team now have a manager and programmer who loves good UX. It is great talking the same language. The one area which is always a challenge for me personally is “2.
